InsuranceUnited States SalesWe carefully wrap all our packages to avoid damage, however accidents do happen and packages can get lost, therefore we strongly recommend you add insurance to your purchase. In most cases the insurance is optional and the choice is yours. We may require insurance on delicate, breakable and / or expensive items. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, please notify us immediately and we will work with you every step of the way to a satisfactory conclusion. If damage occurs please keep all packaging including the box, contents and packing materials. You will need this to file a claim. In over 20 years of shipping we have had only two items damaged and only one that never arrived. Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for any damage or loss to uninsured items. International SalesPlease Note: You need to be aware that insurance and / or tracking may not be available to some areas. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any package shipped Internationally regardless of whether insurance and tracking is available or not. We will gladly provide proof that the package was indeed mailed but once we deliver it to the Post Office our responsibility ends there. Domestic Insurance RatesDomestic Insurance is based on
the total sales purchase as per the
insurance chart of the
United State Postal Service.
Insurance
on domestic packages shipped via FedEx or UPS is free up to
$100.
Additional charges will apply for more expensive items.
